Our sauces are condiment and cooking/seasoning sauces, so you put a tablespoon in a stew you are cooking, or even a marinade for your steak, mushroom, vegetables, or ribs before grilling.

Inspired by the flavors and textures of Africa, we create a line of sauces that are more than just condiments. Our first line of products that we launched in 2018 focuses on African-flavored stews.

We combine Canadian ingredients with authentic African spices.

We purchase seasonal foods from local food producers, as close to us as possible, to reduce our environmental impact, provide fresh ingredients, and to strengthen Ontario’s and Canada’s economies.
